I'm building a new fermentation chamber for my beer and need to monitor and control temperature. Of course, there are lots of cheap mechanical thermostats that can be purchased for a few bucks, but what's the fun in that? This is a simple project that takes very little time to put together. If anyone is interested in more, I can share, but it's really nothing fantastic.
