What about Jeff Shinabarger? He thinks "backwards" in the sense of helping others. His whole career is devoted to helping other people succeed because he knows the value of their socially innovative thoughts. Backwards in the sense that most people are working for their own name to be made great… he does the opposite.

Just a thought :)
