Hey CM Gang!
First round of CM tickets sold out in 2 minutes this morning. Wowzers! There's another round going out at 9am tomorrow morning (125 more).
Also, Annie is now apart of our google group CM team. YAY! I'll be transitioning a lot of the event management to her in the next few months.
I wanted to connect real quick on everything.
Venue:
We're back at 112 Gallery and will need to setup thursday afternoon. Anyone available to help? I know JLaw and Becky are out of town.
Hosting/ Check-In:
Becky's out, so Christina, can you head up? I'll send you the guest list Thursday afternoon. Annie and Mack can help with checking as well. I've ordered us
NEW name tags! That we will use from now on. NO MORE SAFETY PINS! BOOM! We will need to bring the normal icebreaker tag ontop of these. Other chapters have been using them and love them.
Sound:
Craig is bringing him Jawbox for sound in the lobby. Mark Cole is running main sound again — YAY! We will have sound check at 8am sharp w/ the presenter.
Food:
Octane and Little Tart promised to be there by 7:45 to setup! :)
GiveAway:
Atlanta Mission is confirmed for bringing their truck.
Annie, can you get raffle tickets?

8:30am- Coffee/ Breakfast Mingle/ Check-In Guests
8:45am- Usher people to take their seats
8:50am- Greeting/ Announcements/ Giveaway/ Intro Speaker/ Talk
9:10am- Wrap up Talk/ Q&A
9:30am- Thank You’s and Dismissal
