Potential Speaker for "Urbanisim" or "Space"

Any feedback on this guy as a speaker?

Ryan Gravel whose master’s thesis was the original vision of the Atlanta BeltLine.

After listening for only a minute or so, so far… here's what I'm thinking (stream of consciousness thoughts):

The Belt Line guy would be amazing!
Hey, they're meeting at Perkins+Will for this video, isn't that an architectural firm? Maybe he could also be a potential for that speaker slot
As I start to listen, wow he is soft spoken and almost seems to mumble… I don’t see much energy…. Would he be a good presenter?

And then I pressed pause to write this email. Anyone else know if he's got a bit more energy??

I think he has an interesting story. A lot of creatives aren't going to be energetic speakers (cough cough).

I think as long as it's thought-provoking, it's worth listening to.
