The Online Marketing Manager will work with the internal team and external agencies/vendors to create and execute a dynamic, brand-reinforcing online marketing strategy supporting customer acquisition, retention/loyalty, and education for all brands.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage search engine marketing, affiliate and shopping channel programs
• Manage search engine optimization program
• Manage P&L for each online marketing program
• Produce, analyze and present reports
• Manage vendor relationships
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
• Ability to execute programs flawlessly
• Focused creativity that solves problems and is on-strategy and brand
• Proven track record of executing programs rooted in data-driven insights
• Outstanding communications skills
• Self-starter
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products, particularly Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively at all levels
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• MINIMUM of 3+ years of online marketing experience with national brand
• Fashion/retail or luxury good experience preferred
• Program, vendor and project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
 
This is a full-time position and offers benefits including company paid medical, 401-K and bonus opportunity.
Relocation and agency fees have not been budgeted and only local candidates will be considered.
