Registration Coordinator / Operations Support Specialist
This is a help-desk type position working on a database maintenance/building.  The purpose of this project is to augment the project team already in place that is charged with completion of the initial data base needed to complete a database/registry, and develop the Registry into a useful tool; to include a reporting capability.
Position Description :
A. Lead and provide oversight for the registration process. Coordinate staff to ensure registration sites at fully staffed.
B. Provide day to day operational support with the registration process including assisting with open houses, sample management, sending out meeting invitations, scheduling conference rooms, making calls to SMEs, setting up Net Meetings, following up with non-responders, supporting BC Epi Lead in verification process, etc.
C. Provide CDC FTE’s with ongoing project management support on all aspects of Registry development and Implementation including maintaining project management schedules, resource matrix developing charters, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in developing systems/activities registrations processes
2+ Years of experience in communicating/coordinating various project development activities
• 2+ Years of experience in managing and providing operational Support with the registration process assisting with open houses, sample management, sending out meeting invitations, scheduling conference rooms, making calls to SMEs, setting up Net Meetings, following up with non-responders, supporting BC Epi Lead in the verification process, etc.
• Expertise in project lifecycle management using SDLC tools
• Knowledge and understanding of surveillance activities, and its characteristics
• Knowledge and understanding of relational database, general database design, and the ability to learn new database concepts, tools, and practices
• Knowledge and experience in using SharePoint as a communication and coordination tool.
• Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP)/CAPM
• Experience with Quality Activities.
• Experience in developing surveys.
• Expertise in system registration activities.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills to develop effective working relationships with the client and development team.
• Technical expertise in using tools like SPSS and SAS for statistical analysis
 
Registration Support Specialist
This is a help-desk type position working on a database maintenance/building project. The purpose of this project is to augment the project team already in place that is charged with completion of the initial data base needed to complete a database/registry, and develop the Registry into a useful tool; to include a reporting capability.
Position Description :
A. Provide day to day support with registration process using wither Open houses or Net Meeting or 1:1 meetings.
B. Provide support with registration procedures including making calls, setting appointments in outlook, managing registration using the SPSS survey, etc.
C. Provide ongoing administrative support with the registration process as necessary
• 2+ years of experience in developing systems/activities registrations process
• 2 + years of experience in project lifecycle management using SDLC tools

B. Documentation of requirements
C. Develop process to manage requirements
D. Manage Requirements
E. Documentation of processes and protocols including change management process.
F. Configure MS SharePoint to business needs of the BC and support its administration
• 2+ years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
• 2+ years experience in gathering and managing requirements, developing system documentation and developing process and protocols articfacts
• 1+ years experience in configure and using MS SharePoint to coordiante and support the business needs of various stakeholders
• Knowledge and understanding in developing various processes, including developing SOPs for activities.
• Strong expertise in technical writing and developing technical documentation
• Experienced in User Acceptance Testing
• Knowledge and experience using MR Interview tool for surveys
• Familiar with the Software Development life cycle
• Experience in developing surveys.
• Technical expertise in using statistical (e.g. SPSS and SAS)
• Ability to examine project needs, business needs, and provide improvement on internal business processes

Senior Data Analyst

Position Description :
A. Develop processes and strategies for quality assurance, data transformation and analysis
B. Oversee the reports analysis, design and dissemination process.
C. Development skills in MS access database
D. Conceptualize and develop reports based on the data collected in the registry
E. Perform data quality assurance and quality control
f. Skills in SPSS data management scripting.
• 4+ years experience in a Data Analyst role
• 2+ years experience in conducting data analysis with tools (e.g.,SAS/ SPSS/SQL)
• 2+ years experience in designing, developing and managing data reports catering to various project stakeholders
• 2+ years experience in data Qaulity Assurance and Quality control acitivites, inclduing data scrubbing and mapping
• Expertize in MS Access database management, inclduing designing and developing reports, migrating data from SQL Server to Access
• Strong expertise in conducting data architecture analysis, and data mapping.
• Knowledge and understanding of surveillance activities, and its characteristics
• Knowledge and understanding in developing various processes, including developing SOPs for system activities.
• Ability to examine project needs, business needs, and provide improvement on internal business processes
• Knowledge about developing web based interfaces

Data Analyst - Reports Design

B. Lead customer feedback and JAD sessions to understand requirements
C. Document end user requirements for reports
D. Design reports based on data elements collected and end user needs
• 2+ years experience in a Data Analyst role
• 1+ years experience in conducting data analysis using tools (e.g SAS/ SPSS/SQL)
• 2+ years experience in designing, developing and managing data reports catering to various project stakeholders
• Expertize in coordinating and managing customer feedback, including JAD sessions to understand requirements
• Strong expertise in conducting data architecture analysis, and data mapping.
• Knowledge and understanding of surveillance activities, and its characteristics

A. Assess alternative technical solutions and tools for data collections
B. Assess alternative technical solutions and tools for data reporting (e.g. MS SQL Reporting services, etc)
C. Develop architecture for longitudinal reporting
D. Develop accompanying documentation to support a-c above
E. Develop missing historical documentation as appropriate
F. Develop Architecture and protocols if we decide to move into federal space.
• 3+ years experience in a System Architect role, including developing system and process documentation
• 2+ years experience in conducting data analysis and reporting using tools (e.g. SAS/ SPSS/SQL)
• 2+ years experience in providing System support
• Expertise in conducting architecture planning for longitudinal reporting
• Expertise in various statistical analysis and survey tools.
• Expertise in assessing alternative technical solutions and tools analysis based on requirements
