Ecommerce Coordinator - SPANX Atlanta Corporate Office

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for merchandising and site enhancements. Key success metrics include customer satisfaction, site conversion/sales, customer engagement, and brand impact.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Responsible for merchandising on the site including setting up new products, enhancing product display and listings, photography, cross sells, navigation, and search results
• Responsible for site functionality enhancements
• Work with Operations to monitor inventory levels
• Website reporting including web analytics, inventory and merchandising data
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
• Understanding of e-commerce and Web site design best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail with strong time management and project management skills.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years ecommerce experience preferably in fashion or consumer products
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creation, production and manipulation of graphics on the web
• Experience with QA processes and content management systems.
• Experience with Web analytics tools ie: Omniture, CoreMetrics, or WebTrends
