Nothing has been deemed campaign-legal yet, but there are a number of new Schools, including:

Basic Schools

Doji Magistrate

Hida Pragmatist

Ikoma Lion's Shadow (I think this is the new version of the Ikoma Spymaster)

Shiba Artisan

Shinjo Bushi

Soshi Magistrate

Taoist Swordsman (akin to the old Mirumoto Duelist)

Advanced Schools

Dark Paragon

Imperial Scion

Kobune Captain

Minor Clan Defender

And the official announcement is...

The following Schools are open for play:

Shinjo Bushi
Doji Magistrate
Soshi Magistrate
Mirumoto Taoist Swordsman

All other mechanics in Emerald Empire are Restricted, and will only be
allowed with Campaign Admin approval and an accompanying cert.
