Job Description:
Well established recruiting company in Kennesaw, Georgia is expanding.
Specializing in Data Warehouse technology, High Tech Professionals has a large customer base. Recent convergence of technology in the area of E-Commerce, ERP, Supply Chain…has lead to additional opportunities.
High Tech Professionals is looking for an individual who has the capability and desire to be a recruiter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts technical /online searches utilizing 'in-house' expertise to reduce cost of outsourcing search firms.
- Work with customers and candidates in placing individuals in permanent positions
- Update 'in-house' technical database & research library.
- Prepares & monitors job postings
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Experience in IT Consulting, Engineering, and/or Telecommunications a huge plus
- Must be able to remain knowledgeable with rapid growth of electronic commerce, rise of the internet, and demand for computerized applications information technology as a critical component to business & technical recruiting.
- Must have exceptional analytical & problem solving skills.
- Must have strong management skills and practical experience in a corporate environment.
- Must have organizational savvy necessary to assess senior level candidates with diverse backgrounds. Must have a strong business acumen.
- Must be able to analyze technical job descriptions to determine required qualification for vacancies.
- Must be able to analyze technical resumes & determine appropriate matches for vacancies.
- Must have proven ability to source & select appropriate candidates based upon position requirements and handle high volume recruiting for senior level positions.
- Must be proficient in MS Word
- Must be able to learn new computer skills as required.
- Must be able to work at quick pace
