Job Title: Sales/ Marketing Manager – Sports & Fitness Equipment
General Summary:
This position is responsible for developing new clients and maintaining
existing accounts. This position will market Company services to retail
outlets,
manufacturers, and distributors in the Sports & Fitness Equipment industry.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Develop annual Sales and Marketing Plan by Account.
B. Develop sales and marketing material for distribution.
C. Develop potential client lists and conduct sales calls.
D. Coordinate and monitor new account additions.
E. Provide continuing follow up with new and existing accounts.
Scope: This position has direct contact with Company and client staff on a
daily basis.
The incumbent must make good judgement decisions utilizing confidential
company information.
Working Conditions:
Incumbent works in an office/ retail business environment. Significant
travel is involved within the Metro Atlanta area as well as occasional
visits to other Georgia cities.
Specifications:
A. Education- 4 year degree in Marketing or Business.
B. Minimum of two years sales / marketing experience in Sports & Fitness.
C. Individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
D. Individual must be able to make cold sales calls and have the ability to
close the sale.
E. Must be computer literate.
