If an assistant prosecuting attorney has little or no major Felony or RICO experience then:

is it not to the advantage of the defendant, as he has a presumably less competent prosecutor?

Recall, plea bargains have already been accepted by co-defendants?
Indeed defendant(s) with less resources have spent a lifetime on the Chain Gang for far less. Not to mention the innocent.
