Stand Your Ground? Maximizing the Kill Rate Then and Now

Some have indicated the possibility of a white supremacist
involvement in the murders of over 30 young blacks ( all but one
male) during the Atlanta Child Murders. Maximizing such kill rate
today would best be served by support and excuse for those who accost
and shoot unarmed blacks under questionable circumstances.

White interest and news coverage during such series of murders was
minor compared to the hubbub over defending the Florida shooter of an
unarmed 17 year old Black or even the so called “cheating “ scandal in
Black controlled Georgia school systems. One theory popularized by
a local Right Wing talk show host at the time was that it was the
parents doing the serial killings. Of course today the racially
disparate "discipline" and expulsion of young black males has been
expanded to the destruction of the darker portions of the metro school
systems under a racially disparate “cheating” analysis abetted by
discriminatory destruction of public housing supporting entire school
districts and the continuing albeit more subtle employment and
opportunity discrimination resulting in a lopsided development of the
Metro Region. No wonder a "rifleman" is targeting Clayton County
School buses - that’s where many of the former tenants of public
housing scattered to after promises of access to rebuilt public
housing were reneged on. Given such massive displacement , one might
ask why is there a relative lack of Section 8 public housing in
Roswell, Alpharetta, Duluth , North Fulton, Gwinnett and Cherokee and
Forsyth?
