Disappearing Trains and Trains with No Destination

I've been using the data feed for the trains and I've got some questions about the data I am getting back. 

Why Do Trains Disappear from the data?

Sometimes I request the data and get back results that say some train is going to arrive at a station. I make another request and the train is gone from the data. On the third request the train shows up again. Why is this? I've checked this against the official Marta app and I have sometimes been able to observe the same thing; standing at a platform watching a train arrive that doesn't show up under the current set of data that the application has pulled. 

Trains with No Destination

In the data feed (also observed in the official Marta app) sometimes there are trains with no destination. Why is this, what does this mean? 

Rate Limit

What is the rate limit (if any) for the Train data feed?
