ghost bus not appearing in the new gtfs-rt endpoints?

Has anyone been trying to build on the new GTFS-realtime endpoints MARTA published for buses?
Today I rode two MARTA buses on route 21 whose trips were in the gtfs.zip CSVs, and google maps knew about their schedule, but the new GTFS-RT endpoints had no information about it. I believe I ended up on the same bus in the other direction too. While riding this bus, I saw other buses on this route in the GTFS-RT endpoints (positions + trip updates).
Only thought to post in case it's a known edge case, hopefully not prevalent.
