Gentle Reminder: Atlanta Cranes Gala 2017 Youth Program

Good morning Atlanta Cranes Members,

Hope you are doing well and I also wish you and your families a Happy Thanksgiving season!

This communication serves as gentle reminder for those children who will be participating in the Gala this year.

Parents, please send your child or children performances of choice to me for planning purposes so we can get the Youth program ready

by this Sunday, Nov. 19th.

Ideas may include some of the following below or any of your choice:

Note: A presentation on any subject a projector will be available

• A poem
• Song
• Art display
• Fashion display
• Debate
• Drama
• Story telling
• STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) Demo

The 2017 Atlanta Cranes Gala is coming up soon, on Friday November, 24^th, 2017.

 

In line with our mission to promote academic excellence and social development, I’m thrilled to announce that all Juniors will have the opportunity to participate in the Gala as performers. Each youth will have 5 minutes in the program for their performance.

 

The subject and type of performance is open to each youth. Since we do a lot of entertainment and sports performances at the picnic, I would suggest that you consider other topics including academics, science, culture, language and arts.

 

Ideas may include some of the following below:

 

·       A presentation on any subject – a projector will be available

·       A poem

·       Song

·       Art display

·       Fashion display

·       Debate

·       Drama

·       Story telling
