In addition, there is a great demand for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics skills).

The Asians are doing a number in this field!

For those children that have an interest and talent they need to be encouraged to pick up STEM skills, there are not enough professionals in these fields; there is actually a shortage.
