using netflix on AppleTV 4 and having issues lately with some titles not loading. After selecting the movie or episode, it will just stay on the loading loop. Not a network issue since other titles will load and stream fine. Most titles work fine, but 10% of the time, titles like girl from oslo, fauda, blackspace wont load. Tried forced app restart and reinstall, but issue persists.

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with certain content in the Netflix app. To start, follow the steps listed here to see if they help resolve the issue:If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app

I have exactly the same problem. It helps to delete and reinstall the Netflix app. Then everything is fine for some weeks or months, but, out of a sudden, some titles again refuse to start and I have to do the delete-reinstall cycle once again.

We had the same issue when we opened the applets to watch Netflix. Went to settings and did a manual system update. Took about 18 min total. And it worked. Like others above, the auto update was flagged on. Hope this helps others too.

Great! I updated Apple TV so Netflix will open and now AirPlay doesn't work. Who's running this clown show? Not sure who's rear end y'all have your heads lodged into but this is some short-buss-stuff we are dealing with here.

We have experienced the same issue, however, updating Apple TV and reloading Netflix has not resolved the problem. We had no difficulty last evening but tonight it does not work. We have checked our wifi, restarted Apple TV etc. and know that Netflix works fine on our iPad. Tried mirroring from the iPad but received a message to open the app on the Apple TV. Frustrating.

You grab a snack and a tasty beverage, crash down onto your sofa, pick up the Apple TV remote, cue Netflix, hit play, and... get the horrible 'An error occurred loading this content. Try again later." message. You do, and... same error. Again, and again. You snack turns soggy, your beverage goes flat, and Netflix still gives you nothing but errors and frustration. That was me. Tonight. Until I remembered that a restart fixes just about everything!

Once your Apple TV reboots to the Home screen, go back into Netflix, choose your show, and you should be good to go. Yes, the solution is sub-optimal. Having to reboot, especially if it happens frequently, is super annoying. It would be better if, after the error occurs, Apple TV would automatically kill and cycle the app/connection. But, this works for now. (If only the lack of Netflix content outside the U.S. were so easily fixed!)
