Yosemite is my favorite so far...I'm a sucker for climbing waterfalls.

To pick a favorite National Park is like asking a parent to pick their favorite child- you can't because they are all so different and unique. However, if I must choose, then I pick Acadia National Park in Maine. It was the first National Park I have ever been to and one of my favorites thus far. Acadia boasts a varied terrain (there's a little bit of everything) offering forests, a picturesque Atlantic Ocean shoreline, mountains, and lakes. I found Acadia so fascinating because of its diversity in the terrain. One day you're hiking a mountain, and the next day you are sunbathing and body surfing on the shore of the Atlantic, but you don't even have to leave the park!
