Dear All,
I had a tour of our proposed site today with Mr Cuda and he mentioned
that the adjacent block of land is 'proposed parkland' owned by
council! so I am approaching them to see if we can include this in our
plan, giving us approx 3/4 of an acre.
This parkland also an an access point from Grove St down an easement.
I will let you know what the response form council is.
