I am not defending, condoning or supporting any individual or
incident, however, it strikes me that other than the Town Committee
selection process, the suggested topics are all related to incidents
in the past rather than procedural improvements and forward-looking
goals to get more people interested and engaged in our community.

One suggestion would be a way for a community member or members to
petition the City Manager to add an agenda item to the Council's
agenda.
