Betty Draper states:"It is axiomatic that apathy is the enemy of accountability."

How true. But if 200 Atherton residents join the Atherton Committee of One Hundred then the Council will know that the citizen are ready and able to take back control of the Town Council's agenda - which really should be the citizens' agenda.

If only a handful of residents care enough to join then the Town Council will know that they can proceed without any concerns of accountability.
