Pickup?

All,

I've been getting questions to the Athens Ohio Soccer website about pick
up times. Has anyone been out there? What days/times should I
advertise? People are wanting to meet up to play.

The weather has certainly been cooperating.  Traditionally pickup has been on Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday at 6:00 pm - any time is likely to cause conflicts (it will conflict for me until summer), but in the absence of a strong consensus, I would suggest continuing at this time.  There have also been some games on Fridays at the soccer fields between New Life Assembly of God and the New South dorms.

Where do they set them off in Athens?  Can we watch from the fields?

The last several years, the soccer fields have been the perfect place to watch.  I assume that is where they will be again this year.  The link just says 10 pm East State Street so anywhere along there is probably fine.

Rob that's the normal time since he has to be almost dark and yes we can. They set ten off over by the super 8 at the end of east state street.
