Condition of Soccer Fields

Dear Soccer Players,

 

I was just at the W Mart soccer fields, and they are in surprisingly good shape.

 

There's no standing water and the earth is actually firm. I rode my skinny wheeled bike over it and it didn't even sink.

 

The grass is a little long, but not all that bad, we've played on much worse.

 

The field's edge lines are even still present.

 

Maybe if someone can influence the City to mow tomorrow, with a full day of sun Friday, the fields should be perfect by weekend!

 

It would be a shame to miss an entire weekend for nothing.

 

Anyone have any ideas.
