Okay, i have the scoop (finally) on the CCCLC. Matt will pick up all
the entries after 5:00pm from the brewshop on Tuesday May 19th. He
will taste everything Wednesday night and decide on his top 3-5 beers
which will be announced at the brewclub meeting on Thursday May 21st
when all entrants will also their receive feedback sheets.
Then we will have to decide on a special meeting time and place,
probably some Sunday at Copper Creek, where the finalists will have
their beers sampled by whatever club members show up, with a winner
being decided by vote or consensus (whatever we want). Finalists will
be responsible for providing 3-4 additional bottles of the beer for
this sampling. The awards will be presented at a special tapping night
at Copper Creek when the beer is ready to serve.
He will be making this announcement at the BBQ as well. So bring me
your entries (1 bottle), pay your $2, and get your entry number by
next Tuesday.
