club progression

are we voting on a club name next meeting? if so, will we limit the
voting before the meeting? are going to elect officers as well? i
like the progress made during the steering committee meeting and hope
this will lead to some foundation for the club. thanks for the work
so far.

i think this is the plan. we will be compiling a list of all the
suggested names and giving a copy to each member at the meeting. We
will have a blind ballot and if there are close options we will narrow
it down and have a 2nd vote. i believe the plan is to continue to have
open planning meetings similar to the first one that occurred at
Trappeze and then vote on committee members in the fall or not or
something, maybe. i think we will are going over this at the eend of
the copper creek tour too?
