Revolving Door of Account Managers

Hello Everyone,
I was just alerted today that we are getting a new Athena account manager. This will be our 6th account manager within 22 months.
I was wondering if any of you have had the same situation with your Athena account manager?
How does it effect your practice?

Wow, that is a lot.  I have had the same one from the beginning (a year ago).  It could be that your geographic area or practice group is growing so they are adding people. How's your experience been with the account managers so far?

We loved Joe, he was great so I am sorry to see him leave us. The 5 managers prior to Joe were nice but nothing special. We have a lot of issues with our templates and physician workflow so it is frustrating to have to explain all of our problems to a new account manager every 4 to 6 months.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that. We have had two Account Managers over the past 18 months. 

How often do you met with your Account Manager?  We meet with ours every week to review performance and address issues?

Is Joe staying in the department or moving to a new department. I think you should feel free to escalate this to the dept VP.  I found them to be very responsive when we had some deployment issues.
