Interesting survey results about athenahealth

Hi guys,

Hope all is well!

I think we should start pushing athena to catch up.  I think there are certain things that athena can't be beat on (back office, claims) which are very important, but that doesn't mean it should fall behind on the items surveyed here:

I think athenahealth should do an internal check and compare athenahealth with amazing charts, emd, eclinical works and practice fusion to see why the others rank higher in certain areas and where athena ranks better?  I did 2 years ago when going through the selection process  but I'm sure the systems have changed since then.   I think the biggest areas would be 1) data entry; 2) overall ease of use; 3) reliability; 4) interactivity with other systems (my gripe about integration....)
