Folks,

In light of this morning's SPAM to the planners group, we have changed
the permissions on both athena-tix-planning and athena-tix-devel to:

1. Moderate sign-ups.

2. Moderate the first post of all new members.

The general public can still view all mailing list activity without
becoming a member.

Apologies for the SPAM and for any inconvenience.
