I've cut and uploaded the First Release Candidate for Athena. You can download it here:

If you're on this list, please pull down the package and kick the tires. Respond back to this list with problems or complaints. We have a bunch of testing going on here, but there is no substituting for end-user testing.

Only Unix-ish operating systems are supported and we've only tested on Ubuntu 10.04, OSX 10.5 and 10.6. If you're running another platform, we'd love to hear your feedback. Likewise, if you want to download Athena and don't have access to these platforms, Amazon's AWS free tier can get you up and running quickly. Contact me via this list for help with that.
