All,

We've spent some time packaging Athena such that you don't need to download a bunch of other stuff (Glassfish, MySql) in order to run it.

Please download the latest tar file from: https://github.com/fracturedatlas/ATHENA/downloads

Unix only, windows zip and bat files coming in next beta.
