Athena 1.4.0 released

I cut a 1.4 release of Athena tonight.

In this release:

- An _include parameter as a step toward sensibly including eager relationships. See here: https://github.com/fracturedatlas/ATHENA/wiki/Including-relationships-in-search-results

- The payments gateway now supports partial refunds

- Minor re-organization of the code. Unit tests now run using HSQLDB so they'll run a little faster. Much of the overhead there is still due to the Grizzly container.
