Looks good!

One question: is the "sharedWith" property specifically limited to an array of organization IDs or is that just the case with the first implementation? Seems like it would be more flexible if it could be an array of, e.g., group names, users, etc. In other words, shouldn't the client application have some flexibility in determining the sharing model, given that many (most?) client apps won't even have the concept of multiple organizations? On a semi-related note, I worry that storing this in an array could get unwieldy if there's ever a need for very long lists of share-ees.
