Hey guys,

After feedback from Adam and Micah, I renamed "eligibleUsers" to "eligibleClients". The design calls for each client to be named individually but there's no reason we can't move to something role-based in the future.

The first README I linked was incomplete, so if you haven't checked it since my initial email, please give it another read. Thanks!

Looks great! One question: what's the reasoning behind making these
available to specific users (i.e. as opposed to classes of users or
something like that)? Aren't there cases where you'd want a code to be
available to anyone who encounters it (like a coupon ad)? Or to all
seniors, all students, etc.?
