Endpoints changed

Changed the ATHENA-Tix endpoints to:

tickets: http://localhost/tix/tickets
fields: http://localhost/tix/meta/fields
locks (formerly transactions): http://localhost/tix/meta/locks

This will pave the way for us to store other types of objects at

http://localhost/tix/{your_object_type_here}

Should have all tests and other relevant code working with this change. Please alert if that is incorrect.
