Is there in fact a rule, as I claimed in a recent thread started by Gleb Tsipursky, that one should not repeatedly start new threads and then make no replies to the replies?

I thought there was such a rule, but I can't find the list of rules at the moment.

If there is in fact such a rule, then isn't it pretty clear that Gleb Tsipursky has breached it and should be given a warning from a moderator?

Repeatedly starting posts without responding to them is a form of spam, and if continued long enough does warrant being banned.  But since I am not currently following AvC I am hesitant to take action on this person; I have no idea of their posting habits.  One of the moderators can investigate and take action.
