Hi
We are trying to Integrate ATG v10 and Siebel.
Has any one taken this activity before for older ATG version like
ATG9 or ATG 7 with Siebel...
We are planning to do away with CSC and bring in Siebel backend.
Please share some document for the same and also help me like to how
to start for the same.

Where/why is the integration? Need some more details what you want to do.
In ATG 10 Web Commerce Service Center there is an integration Servlet and Web Service for integrating with any CRM. Is that what you're looking for?
See Chapter 17 "Working with an External CRM" in the ATG (version 10.0.2) Service Install Guide online.

Hi Scott
Thanks for the response.
Well we are trying to do away with ATG Product Catalog and want all
the catalog info to come from Siebel CRM and ATG will just act as a
front end and their on all order info to be in sync with Siebel. Well
i want to know how to approach this integration since i guess using CA
would be the best way to achieve this.
Any architect around has any inputs on this. Please do respond.
