Unable to resolve component /atg/userprofiling/ProfileAdapterRepository” error in server startup

I sometime receive Unable to resolve component /atg/userprofiling/ProfileAdapterRepository” error in jboss instance startup. I see this is happening when two instances started at the same time. What are the good practices in server restart that will avoid such "unable to resolve component" errors?
