Hi,

  The definition file for ATG promotions is /atg/commerce/pricing/pricingModels.xml.

  The ones you are trying to remove comes OOTB, so you might have to override them at your config layer and use the appropriate xml combine operations to remove the 'Unwanted' ones

/atg/commerce/web/assetmanager/PromotionBrowseTabConfiguration. You need to modify the createableTypesList property of the above component. Remove item-descriptors which you do not want to appear.
