Hi Experts,

In ATG 11.3.2(recent upgrade), we are seeing the below error after a customer apply a coupon in check out page.
If the number of items in cart is >1 , coupons are getting applied. But if the number of cart item is 1, then getting the below error
and coupons are not getting applied.

Any thoughts on this issue ??

Off the top of my head, check out fix pack 10 for 11.3.2 that came out last month.  The fix packs have addressed a lot of BCC related issues surfaced after replacing the old Flash functionality.

Have you applied any of the fix packs?

Was this promotion created after 12.3.2 upgrade?  Or already existed prior to upgrade?

Hi Scott,

Have you applied any of the fix packs?   -- Not yet, the upgrade happened last week only...

Was this promotion created after 12.3.2 upgrade?  Or already existed prior to upgrade?  -- it was a new promotion created after Upgrade.(11.3.2)(not existing one)
