SUBJECT: 16 September 2014 Special Academic Convocation

Everyone is invited to attend the Special Academic Convocation to be held on
In line with this important event, please be guided by the following:
1. Sign-up Sheets for the Ateneo Professional Schools. Members of the community who will attend the convocation are requested to confirm their attendance by 29 August 2014, Friday. Sign up sheets are available in each School and will be handled by the following APS representatives: Ms. Angelita Cruz (AGSB), Ms. Blythe Lumague (ALS), Ms. Corazon Logronio (ASMPH) & Ms. Maricel De Guzman (ASoG).
2. Assembly time and venue. Faculty, administrators, and professionals who will join the processional are requested to assemble at the theater lobby by 2:45 p.m.; the processional will start promptly at 2:50 p.m. Those who plan on arriving early may proceed to the holding room at the Singson Hall of the Ateneo Grade School. Honorees, guests, and other members of the community who will not join the processional are requested to be seated inside the theater by 2:40 p.m.
3. Attire for those joining the processional. Academic cap and gown for faculty, administrators, and professionals. Formal or business attire for guests and office personnel; smart casual with the appropriate footwear for students.
4. Academic cap and gown measurement and claiming. Those who have no measurements from Cattleya, please take note of the following dates of measurement and claiming.

11 September 2014, Thursday 10:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m Toga claiming

11 September 2014, Thursday 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Toga claiming
ASoG (ASoG Office, Pacifico Ortiz Hall)
2 September 2014, Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Toga measurement
12 September 2014, Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Toga claiming
* The President’s Office will provide transportation to shuttle APS attendees to Irwin Theater.
