yup, as far i also recalled, the details as to assignment of office/department was left by Prof. Macalalad for the class to discuss. relative thereto, there was a suggestion (ako yata nag-raise nun) that we be assigned in a department/office where we somehow have a working knowledge para hindi rin tayo mahirapan to understand the functions of the office in coming up with the required system. BUT, of course, EVERYTHING will be left for the consideration, deliberation, consensus, and finalization of the whole class.
so we hope to get the suggestions from each one of us so we can discuss the details on saturday... thanks!

I remember asking our prof when the the part 2 will be. But it seems I did not get a definite answer.
Granting ASOG's project will extend beyond the duration of our module, and among the areas to be covered by the study is Public Financial Management in the Municipality of Muntinglupa, I will volunteer to be included in the group which will handle it. I said group because the scope will be very broad. PFM includes planning to budget preparation to budget execution - meaning the following Departments will be covered : Planning, Budget,Accounting, Cash/Treasury, and partly personnel due to processing of personnel services and benefits; plus, apart from functional review, review of legal framework and policies
has to be undertaken.
However, if consultants were engaged for this, Internal Control Division na lang ako.

If the consensus of the class is to take account on a
department per person or a group depends on the broad of its scope then i would like

Cody has informed me that she won't be enrolling in our OpMan class, which means we would need a beadle for the morning class.
I nominate Atty. Nino.
I recommend also that each group nominate a member to compose a program coordinating unit, presuming everything is decided favorably towards engaging with Mandaluyong City.
Kindly take note that I'm not the beadle anymore, just a concerned batchmate.
