ASOG GRADUATION | CLAIMING OF TOGAS AND OTHER REMINDERS

DEAR CANDIDATES FOR GRADUATION:
As mentioned during the graduation rehearsal, you may claim your toga here in the office from August 17 to 20. Please take note of the specific schedules:
- August 17, Wednesday - 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- August 18, Thursday - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- August 19, Friday - NO OFFICE (QUEZON CITY DAY)
- August 20, Saturday - 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM ONLY
For those who failed to have their graduation photos taken, DWB Photography will set up their studio at the San Alberto Hurtado Hall (beside ASoG Office) from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM ONLY. After that time, all ASoG staff and DWB photographers will proceed to the Henry Lee Irwin SJ Theatre to prepare for the graduation ceremonies.
