hi amanda,

I singed up to help with tech/testing/dev stuff for the site a few months back, but never heard any more about it.

I'm still interested in doing testing/QA reviews for the site if there is an active team on it.

    Hi guys,

I found this email in my drafts folder from November; thought I'd go ahead
    and send now...

How about a feedback section [page] of the site? Would function like a
    user->tech forum.

At minimum, I think there should be a spot on the site which explains a bit
about oscurrency, background/what is special about it/why we use it/etc. in
layman's terms so people can grasp the collaborative nature of this
project. And, provide the link to where people can
submit their issues or contribute to the project.

Maybe Tom and Rich could be interviewed and we could either edit a video of
that or use the transcript to write up a blurb.

    happy holidays,
    amanda

Hi Kesten,

It's good to hear from you about your interest in helping...
By "signed up" do you mean that you joined this list?

I am maybe not the most informed person for responding to your question (because I know nothing about the tech end, except for how to list issues for other people to fix)!
But what I do know is that
1) There are only 7 people on this list, whereas there definitely could be more, and having more people could make assembling a "team" more of a reality. (Will post a request today, to try to get more members to sign up.)
2) if you find problems on the site or think of ways it could work better, the place to go is: https://github.com/oscurrency/oscurrency/issues
3) if you know how to write code in ruby on rails, you can actually fix those issues listed at https://github.com/oscurrency/oscurrency/issues.
4) Sometimes Tom puts out specific requests for help with testing.  Maybe he could answer your question more specifically...

Happy 2012 to you,

Amanda
