re-use of the aten website

Hi,

Interesting that this group just showed up. There is another group
interested in starting a time exchange network. I wanted to ask about
reusing the aten website code. Would that be alright? Are there
other groups using the same code base?

I would be the tech liaison for this group most likely. I do a bit of
programming but only the smallest bit of php, mostly python. So, I
can't really offer to add to the code, but hopefully I can deploy it.
