Action Required: The substrate ingress routing contract has changed

After much discussion, PR #1333 has merged into main, replacing the `<actor-name>.<atespace>.actors.resources.substrate.dev` DNS/host header contract with an `ate-target-actor` reference (of the form `<atespace>/<actor-name>`). 

This was NOT backported to the release-0.1 branch, but any demos or integrations targeting the main branch will need to update their logic to use `ate-target-actor` instead of the previous host contract. #1333 changed all demos that live in the repo, but demos or integrations outside of the repo will require changes to align with this new contract.

I know the project has been under a significant amount of flux -- but this change will definitely require an explicit change from the users.
