Nominating Krisztian Fekete as an Observability maintainer

I am sending this email to formally nominate Krisztian (@krisztianfekete) as an Observability Maintainer. 

Observability is one of the most important Day 2 operations of any project, and Krisztian is one of the best engineers out there focused on all things Observability. He has been deeply involved in Substrate Telemetry from day 1 as can be seen from this list of Contributions.

In addition to his work on Substrate, Krisztian is also a maintainer on multiple oTEL/prometheus projects. open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib and prometheus/client_rust.

Similar to my nomination, if you have objections please feel free to ping me directly. Otherwise like Tim I propose a lazy consensus period of 7 days.
