Good afternoon Sir,

As discussed this afternoon, we are hosting an International Food Festival event on the 16^th March 2019. We take this opportunity to invite the Association of Tanzanians to participate.  Local embassies will be participating too and invitations have also being sent to other Associations resident in Botswana.

 

If you purchase a stall at P1,500.00 it comes  with 4 chairs, 2 tables with tablecloth,  4 tickets and the association brings own Gazebo.  The Association will sell food, artefacts, etc.

 

Entrance Tickets for rest of the association are sold at P100,00 and comes with a goodie bag, entertainment.

Food will be sold at different stalls too.
