Time: 1 pm to 2 pm [Weapons Class -- $25 each -- students/friends/
family welcome]
2 pm to 4 pm [1R Blk and higher]
4 pm to 5 pm [3° and higher]

What to bring:
white uniform
sparring gear
weapons
water bottle
bag gloves or hand wraps
square target pad or clapper pad
EZ Ropes (available for purchase for $15)
Warrior X-Fit Resistance Cord (available for purchase $20)

Be prepared to train hard, sweat a lot, and have tons of fun.
