After a company has been set up in hongkong, Tannet provides services
like bank account opening and follow-ups. Bank account in hongkong can
be divided into two kinds: local bank account and offshore bank
account.
The bank account usually includes Hongkong dollars savings account,
foreign currency savings account including all the exchangeable
currencies and Hongkong current account. All these three accounts can
receive all incomings by TT and L/C, but the L/C account is required
if you want to open L/C.
To open a bank account for the first time, the bank usually demands
that 2/3 of directors and the shareholders whose shares are more than
9% go to the bank and sign the documents personally if he or she is
qualified to do so. As for later signature and responsibility, you can
enjoy a feasible arrangement.
You should provide some kinds of documents:
1)Certificate of Incorporation；
2)Business Registration License；
3)One set of Memorandum and Articles of Association M&A；
4)Signature Chop；
5)One set of Certified True Copy for all set up documents issued by
C.P.A；
6)Provide Identity card, passport or the Homeland Travel Pass of the
director, and business card；
7)All directors, shareholders and bank authorized signatories need to
provide address proof, e.g. original water / telephone bill, bank
statement issued within 3 months. If any address proof is neither in
English nor Chinese, you are required to have a local lawyer to
translate it into English and certify its English version；
8) Business proof documents & Business plan not required by all the
banks ；
9)The cash deposit into the new account $5,000.00-$10,000.00；
10) All directors, shareholders and bank authorized signatories need
come to hongkong to sign the bank documents, so that the bank manager
can witness their signatures and verify their passport copies.

to send letter of indication of signature testimony to office of the
