Hello Everyone, I hope your summer is off to a great start. Kids are out of school and parents are looking for things for them to do.

This message is just a reminder about the High Rank workout at Mr. Glenn's School in Appleton. Can I get a couple of key strokes back as to whether or you or some of your black belt will be attending. I currently have 3 attending Mr. Campbell 3rd Degree, Mr. Wilson, 3rd Degree and Mr. Bowman 4th degree.

I hope you all can make it. One or 100 the training will go on.

I am currently trying to work through an issue with my iliopsoas and adductors in my right leg. With less than 3 weeks until Worlds I am hesitant to push it.

But I don't have to work this weekend and don't want to miss out on the opportunity to interface with the group. Would it be ok if I come but limit my participation depending how I am feeling?

I've been going to PT sessions (including dry needling) which provides temporary relief but leave me quite bruised. If you haven't tried dry needling, it definitely tests your pain threshold. Inserting acupuncture needles deep into the muscles in order to elicit muscle spasms.

I will be there, Sir. No other juniors are attending this time as Ms. Catt and Ms. Hansen are still out due to medical issues -- they are fine but unable to train.
